Material and Methods: The cross-sectional study was conducted in Qom, Iran. One hundred students of Qom University of Medical Sciences were selected via cluster sampling methods. The students completed the spiritual well-being scale, Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) from December 2016 to March 2017. Data were analyzed using multiple liner regression and descriptive statistical analysis. Results: Mean and standard deviations of spiritual well-being, and resilience scores were 11.49±3.44 and 85.50±18.50, respectively. Religious well-being score (48.84±8.98) was Higher existential well-being score (43.71±9.22). The results of multiple liner regression showed that existential well-being (β =0.43; p=0.007) was significantly associated with resilience. Conclusion: The findings indicated that existential well-being was associated significantly with more resilience of the students. Globally, more attention could be given to the potential role of spirituality, to deal with the inevitable sources of stress and to enhance resilience in medical sciences student training.
